The Chef and his team

A restaurant needs a chef, but a chef needs his team ! 

 

After having proven himself for 5 years as the second chef in the establishment, Alexandre Minaud chose to accept the position of chef in October 2018.

He prepares deliciously natural dishes and takes you on a culinary journey to discover the wonders of the ocean.  A delight to seafood lovers !

Nathalie Suire, who manages the restaurant, watches over the customers and staff.  We pride ourselves on training our staff and sharing our know-how. We offer a personable welcome and an impeccable service.
