Ideas of activities and leisure near the hotel

A large choice of activities for all ages so you can create some fabulous memories with your family and friends !

Pointe Saint-Gildas nature reserve : one of the most popular sites in Loire-Atlantique (500.000 visitors a year) where man and nature merge and become one.

Discover the military history of coastal defence, from the Vauban period to the Second World War : circuit on foot or by bike around Pointe St-Gildas.

Préfailles circuit for hybrid bikes (8 km) : starts at Port-aux-Goths and takes you through the valleys of Pasquin and Choiseau but never taking you far from the coast whilst the « Velocéan » circuit takes you through Pointe Saint-Gildas, La Paline, Pornic and Saint-Brévin.

Pointe Saint-Gildas port : the ideal departure point for fishing enthusiasts.  You can even fish from the jetty (bass, eels and smelt).  Pointe Saint-Gildas is also a renowned spot for surfcasting bass.

Océarium du Croisic : over 4 000 animals (sharks from Australia and tropical fish, rays and groupers, penguins and loggerhead sea turtles…) from the coral reefs of the Pacific, Mediterranean and Atlantic oceans…

Casino night : Pornic, Saint-Brévin or Pornichet… Three chances to try your luck and enjoy some traditional games, slot machines, electronic roulette etc…

Golf holiday in Pornic : 18-hole, 6 km, challenging course created by the architect M. Gayon, nestled right in the centre of the coastal town of Pornic between age-old pine forests, rolling fairways and well protected greens.

Thalassotherapy : indulge in a day at the thalassotherapy centre in Pornic (spa treatments, massages…)

Cycling : the department’s cycle route, Velocéan,  starts at Pointe Saint-Gildas and takes you to La Paline, Pornic and Saint Brévin, towards the Vendée or to the north of the Loire to Saint-Nazaire and La Baule.
