A restaurant needs a chef, but a chef needs his team !
After starting out at the Auberge de la Foresterie in Le Mans in 2013, Romain Richard then took up post in the restaurant of a 5-star Hotel L'Agapa in Perros-Guirec on the Pink Granite Coast. Romain improved his pastry making skills over a few months at the restaurant Le Manoir du Sphinx in Perros-Guirec. But the sea seemed to be calling out to this young chef, so he joined our team at Le Calluna at Pointe Saint-Gildas in July 2016. He prepares deliciously natural dishes and takes you on a culinary journey to discover the wonders of the ocean. A delight to seafood lovers !
